About RallyPTA

RallyPTA is software for running a PTA or PTO — membership and dues, volunteer sign-ups, treasury and budgeting, and communication, in one place instead of scattered across a spreadsheet, a sign-up tool, a payment app, and an email list.

Why it exists

Most of the tools PTA boards use today were built years ago and it shows: dated interfaces, and membership, volunteering, and treasury handled as disconnected products that don't talk to each other. Almost none of them handle restricted-fund tracking — a real nonprofit compliance need, not a nice-to-have — or help an outgoing officer hand off institutional knowledge to whoever takes the role next. RallyPTA is built to close those specific gaps.

Who it's for

Volunteer PTA board members — presidents, treasurers, secretaries, volunteer coordinators — who are usually not technical, are short on time, and rotate out of the role every year or two. RallyPTA is built so a new officer can pick it up without a learning curve, and so the PTA doesn't lose its history every time the board turns over.
